Do the monthly packages have lock-in period?
The the monthly packages do have lock-in periods but they are a suggested timeline in order to achieve the best possible results for you. Should you wish to terminate any monthly package for any reason, you can do so at any time, and would only be invoiced for the work done till the date of termination.
Usually, it is standard practice to have social media posts and stories ready and scheduled for 7 to 10 days in advance. If such work has been completed for you, you would be invoiced for those 10 to 14 days. If such work is not yet done, you can terminate at any given time with a 3-day notice/intimation. Both parties have this termination option.
Do you offer refunds?
If you purchase digital products from SayMe, we would happily consider any reasonable requests for edits, but due to the nature of the products, complete refunds would not be offered.
If you have taken up any monthly packages or services from us, if for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with our services, we would happily consider reimbursing you with one of our digital products instead. However, once invoiced amounts cannot be refunded as work for them has been completed and tasks have been delivered.
Since you have the any-time termination option though* your risks are limited to the agreed amounts only.
*you will be invoiced only for the work completed and not for work to come.
Can you teach me how to DIY my marketing?
Yes, we can. Get in touch with us via WhatsApp. We do offer strategy as a service where you will be given a detailed to do list of what to do, when to do it and how to do it, so you can DIY your marketing efforts. We also provide with bespoke branded templates for you to use and reuse according to the strategy provided. If followed with consistency, you will achieve the promised deliverables even with such DIY marketing.
Do your packages include ad spend?
Ad spends depend on budgets as well as goals. Each account will have different ad spends depending on how aggressive the paid marketing strategy is. Hence, the packages we offer do not include ad spend. Ad spends are extras that are borne by clients.
